it looks like you are infected with spyware.  Download, install, update, and run both Ad-Aware, as suggested in the above hit, and also Spybot.  Let these programs remove all of the garbage they find.

Thanks, Steve. Did the Spybot and Adaware thing. Still have it. This happened after I installed microsoft's Window's Update CD.(feb 2004). Has anyone else reported this problem?. In addition to the startup error message, I noticed that when I log off(shut down) the computer I get a "Ending Program.Please wait" which did not used to happen.

Take the next step of downloading and running HijackThis, which is an analysis tool used to detect and remove spyware and other internet parasites.  See the instructions at:

then create a log from within HijackThis and copy and paste the log into a message in the Virus Information and Removal forum here on the Dell forums.

I did hijack this but do not know how to get the results to this forum. Directions say use Wordpad but I don't think corel has this feature.
