Startup error

Hi

Everytime i start windows XP, windows installer automatically starts and then an error message for nortons antivirus pops up, which says that windows does not support the repair feature of nortons antivirus and requests me to uninstall and reinstall it, however i can do this as i dont have the drivers.

 

Any ideas of how i can get the windows installer and this annoying message NOT to appear everytime i start windows.
