Yeah, mine was ordered in August, and I haven't gotten it yet either.  I called shortly after I ordered, because I got no confirmation, and they verified that it was ordered.  I've called Dell, and they say that there is no order. 

dont feel bad. i ordered a inspirion 546 on aug 22 and they have delayed my shipping 6 times .every time i call they give me the same run around.

I'm just like you BlackSkye, same date and everything. I just want to know "whats up".

It's just a little ridiculous. I'd prefer to be told where my order is...

Now my est ship date of 10/29 is blank and status is ordered now.

I saw "Ordered" last night but then it went back to a blank...

And now the website isn't even working :(

Website is working again now... but it still just says "Ordered". Nothing about shipping date or tracking number or anything. At this rate I'll just sell off the copy I get and buy the Pro version from my bookstore for $40 XD

I just got my copy today! And my thing was blank forever. It came from Canada. :D

For what it's worth, here's my timeline:

- 9/24: Ordered Optiplex 960 w/ Vista Business 64
- 10/6: Received system, registered service tag on Win7 upgrade site
- 10/26: Ordered Win7 upgrade disc
- 10/27: Estimated shipping date of 12/8
- 10/28: Estimated shipping date of 11/3
- 11/3: Estimated shipping date of 11/18
- 11/4: Web site shows shipment and tracking number (although I got no e-mail about it being shipped)

Hopefully those of you who are still waiting will get something (news or the package) soon.

The order number DELLW7XXXXXXXXX isnt the tracking number.

I got my shipment E-Mail today, looks like it will take about  4-5 days to be delivered (i live in the UK).

Estimated Shipping date was 11/11.... hmm.

Could Dell actually be accurate for once?
