Try windows system file checker:
Use Task Manager to get to the Run command
Type in: sfc /scannow
(space between sfc and /)
Click ok
Insert XP CD if sfc requests it and reboot when it's done.

BTW: You're more likely to get help if people can understand your post. So how about spelling things correctly? ;)

Thanks Ron, but that dint werk. It kept askin me to insert my XP PRO CD cuz theirs sumpin on there that I need, and I have XP Media, an it dint like it... 
Maybe you or sumwon has anuther idea? I wont coment on you needin a cents of humor, iff you dont make fun uv my ritin. :smileysad:

From the task manager run command, open services.msc. Is 'Help and Support' service running? If not, be sure it is set to automatic, reboot and see if help and support now works.

Thanks ddeerrff, It is running, and it is set two auto.  Everythin else on the start menu werks, but those 3 things in the lower rite sekshun of the start menu.  AND if I reboot an go to the start menu reel reel fast, sometimes it werks.  Thats why I think sum program is messin with it, cuz it dint hav a chance to lode yet.  I want all the programs I poot in, so I'm tryin to figger out anuther way to git it goin. Thanks to all you who is helpin. John
