Click on 7F in the left column.

Thanks for the link. I checked it out, and since the first paramter of our error is all zeros, it is a divide by zero error which can be caused by low level memeory corruption, other harware, or software. Any ideas on how to narrow it down? I've ran the Dell Diagnostices and the memory all passed.

Thanks,

Dewayne

Two things to try one is hardware, the other software.

First reseat your memory chips, open your machine (with it turned off) earth yourself (touch large metal object), and push home all the chip/cards ribon cables etc inside your machine. Close machine and retry.
------------------
Second Software, and as you have had KaZaA on your machine a probable cause:-
Use these to remove Malware (Spyware and Adware).

1) SpyBot Search and Destroy
After installing SpyBot Search & Destroy, first press Online, and search for, put a check mark at, and install all updates.
Next, close all Internet Explorer windows, hit 'Check for Problems', and have SpyBot remove all it finds.

2) Get Ad-Aware
After installing Ad-Aware, and before running the program, first press “check for updates now".
Click "Connect" and install all updated components available. Click 'Finish'.
Press "Scan Now", then 'next', and let Ad-Aware scan your drives.
It will find a number of "bad" files and registry keys. Click 'Next' again.
Check all found items, and click 'next' once more.
It will ask you whether you'd like to remove all checked items. Click OK.

Always reboot the computer between each program - both of these may find things that they need to have a reboot of the machine to clear - please reboot and let them finish .

Failing those solving your problems a post of a hijackthis log for the experts to advise.

Tick these in hijackthis, AND WITH ALL OTHER WINDOWS CLOSED, fix ticked

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {549B5CA7-4A86-11D7-A4DF-000874180BB3} - (no file)
O16 - DPF: {1D6711C8-7154-40BB-8380-3DEA45B69CBF} (Web P2P Installer) -

Then reboot your machine.

For alternatives for p2p file sharing try http://www.spywareinfo.com/articles/p2p/

This was advised by my tools as malware, but I believe it is added by your ISP, If you don't require this software :-
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [IPInSightLAN 01] "C:\Program Files\Verizon Online\Visual IP InSight\IPClient.exe" -l
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [IPInSightMonitor 01] "C:\Program Files\Verizon Online\Visual IP InSight\IPMon32.exe"
You can remove the Visual IP InSight software by using the Add/Remove Programs utility from the Windows Control Panel.

Edit :- to provide click link to p2p site
