STOP error Ox0000007B

Question

Hello guys..   Just got my Dell XPS 720 with VISTA 32bit...the problem is my system has 4GB of RAM but Windows only ''see'' 3GB so I'm trying to install XP PRO 64..but that Blue screen shows every time...I'm not running RAID and there isnt any Operation tag on my Drivers BIOS...   any help?

OK...   as I said I'm trying to install XP 64bits, the cd boot, windows start the setup but when start to copy the files the blue screen says    problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer   If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:   Check for viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installed hard drives or hard drive controllers. Check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configures and terminated.   run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer.   Technical information:   Stop:OX0000007B (0XF789E63C, OXC0000034,OX0000000, OX0000000,   Nothing else..any help guys? I don't understand why Dell sell 4GB using OS 32bits

First, read this about 4 mb of RAM installed in a system running Vista:

Boot from the Vista 32-bit CD and launch Recovery Console.
At C: prompt, type in:
chkdsk c: /p /r
Press Enter

Sounds like the HD may have a file error that hopefully chkdsk will fix.

Do you have to change the BIOS HD setting from RAID to RAID AUTO/ATA (assuming you don't have a RAID setup with 2 hard drives) in order to install Vista 64bit version?

I know Vista 32bits won't ''see'' my 4GB that's why I want to install XP 64bits....I think the problem is about my HD...it isn't running RAID but there is not option to change on BIOS....I think the XP setup is trying to detect my hard disk but it needs the HD drivers...
