Stop Message, Please help

Please help!

My laptop (Dell Inspiron 1150) gets to the windows xp loading screen with the scrolling bar.  After 15 seconds or so, it flashes a blue screen and restarts.  I had to record the screen with my camera and play it back to see what it said.  I believe it says something like:

Stop:
c000021a  {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process system
process terminated unexpectedly with a status
f  0xc0000034
(0x00000000  0x00000000).
The system has been shut down.
I checked this page for the message, but it's not listed.

What do I do?
Thank you to anyone that help me with this.

0xC000021A: STATUS_SYSTEM_PROCESS_TERMINATED    I think this is it

near the very bottom, it is necessary to be Exact about the error messages or we will never figure it out, they must be copies exactly as they are shown on the screen and in the order they are shown.

Because you have main error codes then sub error codes, cannot mix them up or leave out any characters

youll have to replace the sam file in system32\config\    from the windows\restore   ..  you will loose user settigns so if youre on xp home.. boot up in safemode F8 and click administrator.. then goto control panels.. user accounts and create new user.  then logon to that user in normal mode(reboot) and then goto c:\documents and settings\oldusername\documents and copy all that to new user name same documents folder.  same with favorites. and desktop.  i rather reinstall at that point .. first backup your files.
then get dell desktop system software.. then chipset and network, audio, video

make sure first thing u install is dell desk sys soft. then chipset controler. then net and video.. restart.

good luck.

you were right.  the error message was:
 0xC000021A: STATUS_SYSTEM_PROCESS_TERMINATED.

I followed the instructions on the stop message page and it told me to run chkdsk.  I tried to run it and it still didn't work.

On my friends computer who has the same problem, it said there were one or more unrecoverable problems.

I'm thinking that these computers are dead.

Thank you for the help.
