stuck on other user screen
Hi,
My problem is that my computer will no longer go to my regular login screen. I had a virus and did a microsoft security essentials scan. When I turned the compiter back on it will only go to other user screen Any help would be appreciated

This is not a hardware problem. You may need to reinstall windows or at a minimum do a repair install.

Thanks but how can i reinstall or repair install if i cant log in? No matter what i try regular or safe mode it always comes back to other user screen
