SupportAssist OS Recovery - Repair not working

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

I have the same problem as the user who did not respond: the "Repair" option in SupportASsist OS Recovery says "This process is temporarily unavailable". I'm available to send my Service Tag if this would help solve the problem.

SupportAssist Repair works if SupportAssist installed in your computer has created a Restore points . 

Please make a note that these restore point are not the same as Windows system restore. 

No bootable Device found :  Error comes when BIOS can not detect the storage on which Operating system is installed, Missing Boot files or Incorrect/missing Boot path. Steps 1 is to diagnostics. F12 > Diagnostics. 

Step 2 : RESET BIOS to default. Reboot to BIOS (F2) and Chose restore default 

Step 3 : Manual Create a Boot Path :

On the SupportAssist OS Recovery home page, click START RESET on the RESET tile. System reset options are displayed. Select Reset to factory settings, and then click NEXT. The option to back up your files is displayed.
