I know it sounds daft, but everyone's got caught out with the caps lock before (the simplest things can sometimes work, I don't mean to be offensive!)
You can sometimes log in as ADMINISTRATOR when in safe mode (press f8 lots during bootup). from there you can access everyone's passwords and reset them.
other than that there are a few tools out there "search - remedy for lost passwords" - they will let you get past the password.
If you're not happy using those, then you may have to re-install windows from the Dell installation/recovery disks.
You may try different combination of password (with and without capslock) as shared by GlobalCSLTD. If none of the combinations work and you have forgotten the password, the only way to recover the system is by using a OS re-installation disc to re-install the OS.
Note : OS re-installation leads to complete data loss.
I did some research and found that, in-case you have important data on the system, you may also reset the password by following the steps listed Here. However, these steps are neither tested nor endorsed by Dell. You may try these on your own discretion.
Hope this helps. Please reply if you have any further questions.
