System reinstall left screen WIERD

Right click on an empty space on your desktop and select Properties form the drop down menu.  Click on the Settings tab and use the slider to lower the screen resolution.

Did you reinstall your video drivers or any drivers after you reinstalled?

I did reinstall all the drivers with the help of Dell support. I tried to change the settings by lowering the pixels and it just left the screen a bit more pixel-y. Any other suggestions?

Did you reinstall the chipset drivers before you installed the others?

What are the chipset drivers?

Hover your mouse over blue button "Product Support" in the upper left corner of any Dell forum web page and select "downloads and drivers". Enter either your model number or service tag number on the next page and look for chipset drivers for your PC. Those drivers are supposed to be reinstalled before you install any of your other drivers, so maybe that's why there's a problem with your video.
