It is common for System Restore to become corrupted. At that point the only solution is to turn it off, restart computer, then turn System Restore back on. All old restore dates are lost but they're not working anyway. New restore dates will hopefully work again.

I checked the link, it looks like it's not active, but you can go from there. If not type Norton system restore in the forum search box(upper left ). You'll find the solution.
