I would be strongly cautioned because this only happens when someone is in your computer

For a week or so, I've been having the same problem.  If you get a response, please let me know what to do also.

It's someone hacking in2 your system! only a hacker would want to look in the system32 file.

What is it?  Can it be fixed of do we just keep closing it when it appears?

I  have a Dell, but it is a Dell Dimensiion 8200, with Windows XP and AOL
