Systemanalyzer.exe has stopped working

Hi,

I recently purchased PCTuneup for my Dimension E521 running 32 bit Vista.  PTuneup crashes producing the error msg "Systemanalyzer.exe has stopped working"  I've checked the knowledge base but have not been able to shed light on the source of the problem.
