Task Manager Error?

Question

When I press Ctrl+Alt+Del to open my task manager, it opens, but it looks strange. Just the outline of the list show running programs. No tabs or standard Windows format. I can not see my cpu usage or other options. How do I return my task manager to its normal function/ looks?

Double click on the border of the Task Manager and the tabs will return.
