Task Manager in System Tray

I would like to keep Task Manager (CPU usage) in my System Tray permanently. I know there is a way to accomplish this by editing the registry, but I am a little uncomfortable doing that, since I have never done it before. Does anyone know any neat little tricks to make this happen? I did advanced search, and I could not find anything addressing this.......

Thanks in advance.......

If you open task manager and minimize it it goes to the system tray (shows the green display of CPU usage). To open it from there, right click the icon, click restore.
