Task manager not working correctly.

Question

I recently performed a format, XP installation.  Ever since, my task manager is not working correctly.  When i bring up the task manager, it only shows the system process, and doesn't even have the tab menus on top.  Any suggestion??  Seems very odd, everything else is working good.

Open Task Manager and double click anywhere on the border.

Micahs, Double-click the border of the display you have and the tabbed display will be restored.
