Task Manager stopped working

Question

All of a sudden, my Windows XP Pro task manager stopped working: When I open the Task Manager, the title bar, menu bar, and tab bar at the top are gone, as well as the Processes, CPU Usage, and Commit Charge information at the bottom. System Restore didn't help fix the task manager. Anybody know what I can do to get the task manager back to normal?   Thanks,   Jay

Open Task Manager and double click the Border.
