taskbar changed color

running Dell dimension 4600 with xp pro classic view. use Netscape 7.1. My taskbar changed from blue with a green start button to pale gray.........its extremely hard for OLD eyes to see well. How do I get it back to its regular color? D idn't do anything to change it to begin with. Also all the pictures that I have in a Dell album have gone are also listed as choices to use for desktop background and they have netscape icons by them.............how did that happen? and how do I get rid of them there? Also can't right click on email images and have them save to desk or anywhere..............thank you so very much.
