Most multimedia keyboards comes with a software to install and manage those special functions.

That's the problem; I can't find the disc that came with it, and as for the manufacture's website, sorry, no dice.

And have you tried to install the setup file in there??? Or downloaded the .rar file?

That's the problem; they ony offer a driver for a fingerprint reader, and as for the two manuals, they relate to a wireles keyboard that I don't even own. Now that I think of it I doubt my keyboard came with a disc, and no, my keyboard wasn't used or refurbished, meanin the box had never been opened.

 

As I said before; this all happened when I tried to clean the registry due to my computer taking to long to respond. Since I never installed anything for the keyboard, and it worked just fine up until when I tried to clean the registry, I assume that the problem isn't with the keboard, but rather a few missing values in the registry. As a result I would like to know of a way to get those registry values restored. Would there be a program that can patch in the needed values, or would I have to do something else?
