This App Does Not Support Full Screen Mode...

When trying to run an old (DOS?) based game I get message "This Application Does Not Support Full Screen Mode" It runs fine in XP. Is there a way to run this program...or some kind of work around? Thanks.

Try to right click on the file, and click on properties. On the Properties window, go to the compatibility tab and select to run on Windows XP SP2 mode. Try each option to see if it works.
Also, just to try, when you right click on the file, you can click the Run as administrator option, and see what happens.

It probably won't. When I open a file in RealPlayer and then go to full screen mode Vista changes to basic display mode (turns aero off). When I exit RealPlayer or go back to regular view aero comes back on. So your application is probably not Vista compatible.

Go to control panel, programs under programs & features click on use an older program with this verison of Windows. I haven't tried to see if it works with games but you can try and see if you have any success.
