Toshiba Bluetooth stack for windows XP

Question

Hi, I am using inspiron 6000. Presently for bluetooth 'Toshiba bluetooth stack for windows v3.03.02(D)' is installed. however Nokia PC suite v6.83 only supports 'Toshiba bluetooth stack for windows v 4'  and above. can any body help me from where can i get this version4 of bluetooth stack of toshiba waqar
