Touchpad Scroll Feature

I recently re-installed windows professional on my laptop. my previous windows allowed me to use my touchpad to scroll, but i cant figure out how to get that for this version. is there a driver i need to download? Thank you.

After reinstalling Windows did you install the chipset drivers before even attempting to install any other device drivers.  The chipset drivers need to be installed first.  Then you need to install the drivers for your touchpad.  All drivers can be found by clicking the Technical Support link at the upper left of the Dell forum Window.  You don't tell us which model computer you have, so it is difficult to provide further details.
