i was informed that if i hit ctrl and f11 at start-up...[like you would for set-up,etc....

it would go to the 'recovery' page...from there you can reset your computer to the same state in which you received it from the factory, complete with all preinstalled programs...warning...be sure to back up anything you do not want to lose...it is basicly a 'one-click' format and reinstall all-in-one...hope this helps...babybobii...
