trayapp won't configure

HI,i am having trouble with my operating system windows xp media center. When i start the comp. a window open trayapp trying to load after a few trys it says use restore disc,also

word perfect does not open.Well along the way i lost my dell winxpmc operating /restore disc. Does anyone know where i can get one? Or how i van resolve this concern? system restore did not help.  I have a dell 4600 mediacenter about 2+years old.
