trouble installing video card software, please help me

i have a dimension 5150 everything is stock and i just got a new video card, its a XFX Geforce 7600 GT 256 mb PCI x16 and i just put it in and now am going to install the new drivers but when i put the cd and click "windows drivers" it starts to install then this warning menu comes up and it says:
 
the software your are installing for this hardware:
 
NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GT
 
has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatability with Windows XP
 
 
i have absolutely no idea what to do, i would appreciate help with this, i dont know whould i just continue the install and ignore it or should i get the drivers another way??

ok and your sure this wont ruin anything

Just continue the installation and ignore the warning.

Nvidia drivers are generally reliable and should not cause a problem.  If it does, you can always roll back the drivers, uninstall them, or set a restore point before you install, the use System Restore to go back to that restore point.
