Trouble opening PPS file

Dell Inspiron 1545, IE7, When trying to open PPS file in email, file will not open , click on file, click file download, popup says, save file or look for program to open it,

Do you have PowerPoint 2007 installed on your system? If not, you can download a powerpoint viewer here:
