Tweak UI PowerToys question

      I recently installed the TweakUI Power Toy, and have been playing around with the various settings.  If you open Tweak UI and click the word "Explorer", there is an option to remove the "Allow Logoff on Start Menu."  I have removed the check mark, but the Log Off option is still displayed when I click the Start button.  Any ideas why it's not working?  I had this problem once before when I used TweakUI months ago.  I frequently format my computer's hard drive.
