Unable to email web page

I am running IE6 on a D8250.  WinXP home.  My email client is Outlook Express.


Zone alarm and AVG are installed along with Spybot and Ad-aware.


I am unable to email web pages from this PC.  I am networked to another Dimension desktop that can email web pages.  I've tried from both the email icon and through file>send>page by email.  Absolutely nothing happens in either case.  Any help will be appreciated.
