Unable to open attachments.
For some reason I am unable to open attachments connected to emails. This is a new problem as I was able to before. I do have Norton Anti-Virus 2004 so I should be protected. Virus scans show no problems.
No Events found!

You don't say which program you using for e-mail (essential information), but assuming it is Outlook Express, open Outlook Express, click on Tools > Options and then click on the Security tab and remove the check mark in front of "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that may potentially contain a virus". Just make sure that you are running antivirus software with up to date virus definitions at all times.

This is for volcano 11 (steve), thanks so much for your reply. I followed your advise and the attachments had been blocked there. Thanks a lot for your help, this already has been a good move to sign up here.
