Unable to sign into Dell laptop
I have been compromised by an outside source. My laptop username and sign in credentials have been changed by the scammer. I am unable to sign in to my Inspiron Laptop and unable to reset my username or sign in password credentials PLEASE HELP.

If that password is in your MS account, change it immediately.
Then do a clean, ground-up reinstall of Windows on the system -- you have no way of knowing what they might have done. Meanwhile, keep the system offline until you've wiped it and reinstalled the OS.
