Is there any way to recover deleted  'delete file'?

if you have deleted it from the recycle bin, you cannot restore it anymore. :)

And if that one doesn't recover it, try Restoration 2.5.14. Advantage of this one is you can download it on another PC onto a floppy or burn on CD and run it from that disk without installing it. That way you're not writing something new to the hard drive which could write over the file you're trying to recover.
