Uninstall partial Windows XP setup
Talked to a Dell Tec.. and asked him if I could use wifes Dell Windows XP disk to install on my Dell that has Win. Me on it..He said yes it will work..Started installation with Xp disk on my computer..Got to box 4 and asked about partitions or continue installing XP...Called Dell Tec. back and this one said if install wifes XP disk that it would not work..So at that point I hit F3 to quit install...Now when start computer a screen comes up and asks what operating system do I want to use..If I don't hit Windows right away it takes you back to the box that I was in when I quit the installation..How do I uninstall the parts of XP that is on my computer??
Thanks...Bob

Q:How do I remove an extra operating system from by boot menu?
Did you use Install > Upgrade from within Windows (CD inserted when Windows was started)
it installs some setup files on HD.
To install legal XP OS
