Uninstall Windows XP
I installed XP twice on my computer, how do I uninstall one of them?

You should boot into the XP you want to keep and delete the one you don't want. I don't know what would happen if you try to delete the XP you are currently using.
As for the drive letters, I assume that we are talking about different versions of Windows here. Boot into the version you want, use windows explorer to go into each disk to locate the disk with the unwanted version and then format that drive letter. If we are talking about the same version installed twice, then I am not completely sure how you figure out which is which.
Or you can try reformatting your entire drive, repartitioning it and then just installing the windows you want where you want it.

Click Start > Run > type, msconfig > Click, boot .ini tab > Then check all boot paths tab > Click on that and this should delete the choice that is not required > Click apply and reboot system. Check the box, telling Windows not to display that message again, so it will not be displayed in the future.
Or, you could use this.
