Uninstalling "RAID Storage Manager"

I have been told by our computer guy that this is a utility that came from Dell.  I don't need it and went through the normal procedure of removing using the Add/Remove tool.  When I did that, the process appeared to be working so I didn't bother to verify.  Several days later though, I discovered the program is still on my computer and appears to be fully functional.  It didn't even remove the appropriate folder from the start menu.  However, the Add/Remove listing is gone - apparently that was the only thing removed.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this program - registry entries and all?

The RAID storage manager has two distinct components: The Windows application which helps to monitor raid volumes, and the actual driver which allows detection of your drives. If the Windows app is gone and not able to be opened, I'd leave well enough alone.
