Uninstalling software.......
can someone please help...........I have tried to uninstall software using windows uninstaller, but won't uninstall it, it still appears on the list of programs. Is there another way of uninstalling? If someone could explain in laymans terms as I'm no good with PC's. Thanks in advance

Hello,
If you go to your start button and go to control panel, then add or remove programme you should be able to uninstall your program, after this has been done probably best to restart your computer. That should work fingers crossed!!

If the program has been uninstalled but is still listed in Add or Remove Programs you can remove it using the procedure here.
