Uninstalling trouble software
I recently installed some educational software (Elementary Advantage by Encore) that won't run properly on my laptop. Now I can't uninstall it. It isn't listed when I run the Add/Remove on the Control Panel. I was recently told that Dell must have something operating that prevents new software from being listed. Can anyone help?

You have several options. Look in the program files for an executable file called unwise and if it exists, run it. If there is no such file, use System Restore to return your computer to its state before you installed the software. If this does not work, try reinstalling the software and see it appears in Add or Remove Programs then.
