Universal Serial Bus !!Help!!

Jokay, I have a SanDisk Mini Crusor Flash-Drive(USB).  When I plug it in, there is a message that pops up and sais "USB Not Recognised. Click here to solve problems."  So I click, it takes me to a new screen "Device Manager" and it sais there are NO Drivers installed.  So I click on "Download Drivers."  When the Driver "downloader" gets to the end of loading, it sais there are NO Drivers that can be installed...    What could be the problem?
