UNKNOWN USER ACCOUNT PLEASE HELP

Hi,

 I have just received my new refurbished hard drive from dell, under warranty, and it has a user account that I did not create and it is password protected. When I go to control panel, user accounts, it list my account but also has this account, "ASP.NET Machine A, limited account, Password Protected". How do I get rid of this? And also could you tell me how it was put on?

 Please help.
