Updating the Firmware for Security Processor (TPM)

I have the error message "A firmware update is needed for your security processor (TPM)." And I can't discover where I can download such an update.  The currently installed one says it is from 2016 (even though the machine was only built in 2019).

Has anyone been able to find an update for this? I can't find it on the Dell site nor does it come up on Windows Update?
