Are you sure about the file name? Google says 'did you mean to spell usbccg p.sys'

Start --> Run:

sfc /scannow

Press enter. Enter your WindowsXP Reinstallation CD if prompted.

If that doesn't work,

Start --> Run:

chkdsk /f
