User Account Issues

Hey people,

 

Im having problems switching user accoounts. I use to be able to run all four at the same time. We have four people in our family and I usually run a progams to clean up each user at the same time. ie windows cleaner and adaware etc. But latley switching users will cause the screen to lock up losing all of the icons and start button. I cant do anything except power down at that point  Help, Not sure how to troubleshoot this one.
