Your profile has become corrupt. Create a new user account and take ownership of the data., A simple Google search will reveal the "how-to".

I am having the same issues---I try to logon and it says user profile failed logon. User profile cannot be loaded. I have tried everything. Rebooting---safe mode---going back to previous when no problems and nothing is working. I am the only Administrator. Now what do I do?

Log on with the built-in Admin account, create a new account for yourself, and then take owensership of any old documnets from the corrupt profile.

I am having the same issue with my Latitude E6510.  How do you go about creating a new admin account?
