Are you sure she deleted PC Restore? To do that requires more than a little bit of effort. See if it is still there by trying the procedures
here. If successful, that will restore everything that was on your computer when you got it.
System Restore might be able to recover some of the removed items but PC Restore is a dependable way to retrieve ALL of them.
