Virtual memory low message
Either you do not have enough RAM,or your Page File is not big enough, or you could have a corrupt Page File
You haven`t given us any system specs, and we need to know that to be able to help.

1. Win XP needs a bare minimum of 256MB just to get along. For best results you should have at least 512MB RAM. This could cause the problem.

2. Another cause--the size of the Page File .
Start/RightClick MyComputer/Properties/Advanced/Performance/Settings/Advanced/Virtual Memory/Change. Set both the Initial and Maximum values for Paging File to 1.5 x RAM Click SET and reboot.
If you have not got enough RAM you will get that message again especially if you are doing a few things at once.

3. Corrupt Page File go to :-
Start/Right Click My Computer/Properties/Advanced/Performance/Settings/Advanced/Virtual Memory/Change. Set both the Initial and Maximum values for Paging File to 0. Reboot and windows will recreate the paging file. Then as per above reset your Page File.
