Viewing files recently copied from hard drive

My former business partner recently copied several key account and business files from my computer over the weekend.

I want to know if there is a utility or a log within Windows XP that can show me if any files were copied from my computer and which files were copied from my C: to either a CDRW or a network drive. The incident occurred Sat 10-28 and I am trying to confirm whether files were actually copied.  Thx

I found the following statement on THIS web page:

Digital evidence will usually reveal if a specific file was copied or e-mailed.  In such instances, it is usually possible to determine when and where the file was copied (to floppy diskette, burned to CD, etc.) or when and where the file was e-mailed.

So according to that web page, it is possible though you may need a Data Forensics Expert.
