There are several issues, the most significant one (for me) is synchronization seems to take forever or lock up with large iTunes libraries. Very frustrating!

 

There is a Microsoft patch for the Apple iPod may be corrupted when you eject it by using the "Safely Remove Hardware" bug http://support.microsoft.com/kb/933824/. However, that was the least of my problems.
