If you tell Dell to include it, then yes.

I just ordered a new Dimension 9200 and waited on hold 30 minutes before someone finally answered and had to put me on hold to see if a Restore DVD was included. There is no mention on the ordering page for OS if it is included or an option to order it, and finally I was told that one was included.

 

We'll see.
