I was wondering this very same thing. I received the email back with an order #, but it says my credit card won't be billed until the registration is accepted. That was over three weeks ago, does anyone know how long it takes?

I have just been on the phone to a Dell representative who told me that the upgrade is released by Dell in late February and that I can expect to recieve it 4-6 weeks after that. To be quite honest I don't think this is realy acceptable as Vista was officialy released by Microsoft on 01/30. I also redeemed my upgrade a while back in December. Is anyone else having this sort of delay?
