Visual Basic

Question

Hi I took visual basic in high school and I would like to try and hold on to some of that knowledge. I am looking for a (preferably free) visual basic program to write actual working programs. They don't have to be actual stand-alone .exe programs, running in the visual basic writer is just fine. I just want to make sure I still have it before I buy one. Once I tune my skills back up I would gladly purchase a more robust program. Thanks!
